About me
I build SaaS applications and AI features, from architecture to production. As co-founder and CTO of four startups, I work directly in the code and own the technical decisions that move the product forward.
My core stack is TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS, with React Native for mobile. On the applied-AI side, I integrate LLMs into products: conversational agents, content ingestion and search, and document workflows.

Co-founder & CTO Positions
Magic RH is a white-label SaaS of legal and HR AI agents for accounting firms and their clients, as well as HR departments of French SMEs and mid-sized companies.
As co-founder and CTO, I design and build the platform: architecture, conversational engine, ingestion and search, web application, backend, and infrastructure.
- -Architected the platform and built the LLM-based conversational engine
- -Designed and built an ingestion and refresh pipeline for legal and HR sources, with content normalization, structuring, and versioning
- -Built the search engine behind the assistant, with lexical search and vector search support, business filters, and passages returned with their source references
- -Developed the web application with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
- -Built the backend with Hono, Drizzle ORM, and PostgreSQL, with multi-tenant architecture and JWT authentication

Quiz Arena started as a physical quiz room in Bordeaux, offering a TV game show experience with buzzers, giant screens, and an electrifying atmosphere for team building and corporate events.
We then pivoted to an AI-powered online platform that transforms documents into immersive training games. The platform features a virtual animator and is used for corporate training, onboarding, team rituals, and ice breakers.
As co-founder and CTO, I built the entire technical platform.
- -Real-time multiplayer game server (WebSocket, Protobuf) with server-side timing and scoring, for physical rooms and online sessions
- -Physical room control: buzzers, LEDs, screens, and lighting via Raspberry Pi and Electron, with scene, music, and voice sequencing
- -PDF-to-quiz generation built into the platform: users select and edit questions, then ElevenLabs narration and a playable game configuration are produced
- -On-demand game servers on AWS Fargate
PlaySquad was a remote team building platform that brought the TV game show experience to corporate events. Professional hosts animated live quiz sessions via video conference, featuring blind tests, trivia, and customizable themes.
The platform was used by major companies including Back Market, Doctolib, Decathlon, BNP Paribas, AXA, Christian Dior, and Dailymotion, hosting over 1,000 games for team building, seminars, and onboarding events.
As co-founder and CTO, I built and maintained the entire technical platform.

Move Your Buddy was a corporate wellness platform that connected employees through sports, culture, and leisure activities. The platform enabled companies to strengthen team spirit and boost employee wellbeing by organizing activities both within companies and across neighboring businesses.
The platform was trusted by major organizations including Vinci, Societe Generale, BPI France, Olympique Lyonnais, Enedis, and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
As co-founder and CTO, I led the technical team and built the entire platform.

Freelance Projects
AGUR is a French public water service company managing water distribution and customer services for municipalities across France.
I designed and implemented a bidirectional synchronization system between their field technician mobile app and DATA Eau backend (Java/Tomcat), enabling offline-first operations for technicians in the field.
- -Designed the complete sync API specification with chunked transfers and checksum validation for unreliable network conditions
- -Implemented bidirectional synchronization (download/upload) with differential updates and conflict resolution
- -Built robust file transfer system supporting partial uploads/downloads with automatic retry and resume capabilities
Kick-off Network partners with sports clubs to help them build fan communities. The platform connects small groups of 6-8 supporters who meet in real life at partner bars and restaurants to watch matches together.
Through partnerships with clubs like LOSC Lille, fans can sign up for events, get matched with other supporters, and receive all the details via email and SMS.
Main build from May to July 2025, followed by maintenance.

Macadam is a mobile app that pays users to walk. Users earn coins for every step they take, which can be converted to euros, donated to charities, or used for promotions and rewards.
I implemented new features for the React Native app, currently available on the App Store and Play Store.

GoodWatt is a B2B platform that helps companies promote sustainable commuting by offering 1-month electric bicycle trials to employees. The program has convinced over 400 employers and 6,500 beneficiaries to adopt cycling for daily commutes.
I implemented new features, bug fixes, and refactoring for the backend and backoffice for managing contracts, rentals, etc.
Employment
Helileo was a French company specializing in GNSS/GPS navigation and geolocation technology. Their flagship product, Navigeo, provided precise positioning solutions for drone monitoring and fleet tracking.
Engineering apprentice from September 2011 to August 2014, then software engineer from September 2014 to November 2016.
